The Biodiversity Pressure metric developed by LIFE Institute is mentioned as one of the 5 main global biodiversity metrics for business. This metric is among the initiatives evaluated by  EU Business and Biodiversity Platform.

This study evaluated 12 global initiatives and is already considered the most complete and didactic report about measuring the impacts of business to biodiversity.
