The LIFE Institute’s Technical Committee met on May 11, 2017, for discussions on the progress, opportunities and referrals of the LIFE Methodology. The meeting was attended by the technical staff of the LIFE Institute, academics, representatives of business partnerships and NGO.

Among the institutions present at the meeting were representatives of Grupo Boticário, Itaipu Binacional, Posigraf, JTI, Society for Wildlife Research and Environmental Education -SPVS, Neotropical Foundation of Brazil, Mar Brasil, Boticário Group Foundation for Nature Protection, CNC Flora, Technical Federal University of Paraná – UTFPR, Federal University of Paraná – UFPR, and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ.

The considerations discussed during the meeting were subsequently forwarded and approved by the Board of Directors of the LIFE Institute, as foreseen in the institution’s governance model.
